Raydale Preserves was started by Lesley and Derek Kettlewell in 1978. The husband and wife led-team produce all their preserves by hand, in their converted farm building in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. From topping strawberries to sticking on labels each stage of production is done by hand to ensure true excellence in finish.
