Made in Fruili by Claudio Iacoponi and his team, this pasta is produced by hand using fresh eggs and top grade flour and then dried naturally.

A wonderful pasta with the flavour of freshly cracked black pepper. Try with a simple sauce like parmesan cheese and butter. Cooks in just a couple of minutes.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, wheat flour type "00", eggs (31%), Pepper.
