Produced under the Protected Designation of Origin Montes de Toledo, this award winning olive oil has been ranked as one of the top ten Spanish extra virgin olive oils by the national newspaper El Pais (February 2005). This extraordinary olive oil is obtained from specially selected Cornicabra olives. It has a silky and rich texture. Its sweet taste is accompanied by some bitter nuances which give it its distinctive flavour.
