The Borgo La Torre estate turns some of their prized citrus varieties into unique handmade marmalade. The fruit is turned into marmalade within two days of being picked (fully ripe) from the tree. The marmalade is firm set, using the whole fruit and without additives, preservatives or gelling agents and packed in low wide jars allowing you to get every last bit out!
