Previously this was called Seville Aperol Marmalade. The recipe is unchanged, but the name is now Seville Orange & Italian Bitters Marmalade. Awarded two gold stars at the Great Taste Awards 2016 and 2017 and one gold star in 2018.

This is a thin cut marmalade made with the finest Ave Maria Seville Oranges, sugar & finished with the fragrant Italian aperitif, Aperol. Prepared with 132g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 68g per 100g jam.
