Cheese Wedding Cake #11

A beautiful 5 tier cheese wedding "cake", the base of which is Brie. This is topped with a crumbly cows' milk cheese beautifully wrapped in edible nettle leaves, followed by a mild and creamy blue cheese, a traditional British regional cheese and a creamy goats' milk cheese.

The five-cheese "cake" weighs about 10kg and will serve between 100 and 140 people (assuming a portion size of 70-100g). It is around 33cm wide and 34cm tall.

The prices shown on this web site are for the cheeses only. We are very happy to discuss suitable decorations for the cheese towers and may be able to supply these. If required we can attend local venues and set up/decorate the cheese for you (at an additional cost).
