Cheese Wedding Cake #22

A five tier, cheese wedding cake with heart shaped goats cheese leaning against the top tier. This tower of cheese weighs around 11kg, and will serve between 100 and 150 people. The cheese tower is 35cm in diameter at the base, and 32cm tall.

The cheese cake was designed to include a mix of cow, goat and sheep's milk cheeses, without too much blue cheese. There is a creamy soft goats' milk cheese and a hard goats' milk cheese, a hard and a blue sheeps milk cheese and a hard and a soft cow's milk cheese. It is shown here decorated with fruits by the event planner, Special Days.

The prices shown on this web site are for the cheeses only. We are very happy to discuss suitable decorations for the cheese towers and may be able to supply these. If required, we can attend local venues and set up/decorate the cheese for you (at an additional cost).
