Cheese Wedding Cake #24

Our largest cheese wedding cake to date consists of seven artisan cheeses. There is a soft French brie, a traditional farmhouse cheddar, an award winning Stilton, a creamy mild blue cheese and two soft goats cheese (plus a tiny goats cheese which is used as a support for the heart at the top).

This tower of cheese weighs around 17kg, and will serve between 170 and 250 people. The cheese tower is 35cm in diameter at the base, and 45cm tall. In the photographs here the cheese tower has been built with a layer of grapes, and glass spacers between the cheese so that it stands an impressive 60cm tall.

The prices shown on this web site are for the cheeses only. We are very happy to discuss suitable decorations for the cheese towers and may be able to supply these. If required, we can attend local venues and set up/decorate the cheese for you (at an additional cost).
