Cheese Wedding Cake #27

A large, five cheese, wedding cake which includes a soft and creamy brie, a cheddar, a blue cheese, a hard ewes' milk cheese, a crumbly goats cheese and a tiny cows milk cheese at the top. Everything you need on a cheese buffet!

This tower of cheese weighs around 13.5 kg, and will serve between 135 and 190 people. The cheese tower is 35cm in diameter at the base, and 39cm tall. It is shown in the photographs here with spacers between the cheeses to increase the height to almost 50cm.

A shorter version of the tall cheese towards the top can be used, which will reduce the amount of cheese, and the height of the tower (and price). A 500g goat's cheese can be added to the top of the tower instead of, or underneath, the very top cheese (this will increase the price).

The prices shown on this web site are for the cheeses only. We are very happy to discuss suitable decorations for the cheese towers and may be able to supply these. If required, we can attend local venues and set up/decorate the cheese for you (at an additional cost).
