Cheese Wedding Cake #28

A small, four cheese wedding cake made entirely from British cheese. The base is a local Ewe's milk hard cheese, then a creamy Stilton, and a crumbly goat's cheese topped with an ash rolled goat's cheese.

This tower of cheese weighs around 4kg, and will serve between 40 and 55 people. The cheese tower is 19cm in diameter at the base, and an impressive 27cm tall. For a larger gathering this cheese would sit beautifully on a brie, adding a soft creamy cheese to the offering.

The prices shown on this web site are for the cheeses only. We are very happy to discuss suitable decorations for the cheese towers and may be able to supply these. If required, we can attend local venues and set up/decorate the cheese for you (at an additional cost).
