Cheese Wedding Cake #4

A four tier wedding cheese cake containing a good mix of hard, crumbly and blue cheeses topped with a soft cheese.

The "cake" weighs about 7.5kg and will serve between 70 and 100 guests.

The top layer can be a yellow Langres or a white Vulscome goats' milk cheese, or it can be omitted to leave a larger surface for decorations. All three options are shown in the photographs below.

The prices shown on this web site are for the cheeses only. We are very happy to discuss suitable decorations for the cheese towers and may be able to supply these. If required we can attend local venues and set up/decorate the cheese for you (at an additional cost).
