Cheese Wedding Cake #5, Version 1 (4 tier)

A four tier cheese wedding cake containing a hard cows' milk cheese, blue cows' milk cheese, a hard ewes' milk cheese and a fresh goats' milk cheese. To create a larger cake an additional layer of Brie and/or farmhouse cheddar can be added to the bottom of the cheese tower.

The four-cheese "cake" weighs about 7kg and will serve between 70 and 100 guests. The photographs below show the cheese tower with two different goats' cheeses at the top; one pure white and one with a white/grey marbled appearance.

The prices shown on this web site are for the cheeses only. We are very happy to discuss suitable decorations for the cheese towers and may be able to supply these. If required we can attend local venues and set up/decorate the cheese for you (at an additional cost).
