Cheese Wedding Cake #5, Version 2 (5 tier)

A five tier "cake" containing two hard cows' milk cheeses (one mild, one strong), a blue cows' milk cheese, a hard ewes' milk cheese and a fresh goats' milk cheese. The bottom tier can be omitted to create a smaller tower (see Cheese Wedding Cake #5, Version 1). An additional sixth layer of Brie can be added to the bottom of the cheese tower.

The five cheese "cake" is about 35cm wide and about 35cm tall. It weighs around 14kg and will serve between 140 and 180 guests.

The prices shown on this web site are for the cheeses only. We are very happy to discuss suitable decorations for the cheese towers and may be able to supply these. If required we can attend local venues and set up/decorate the cheese for you (at an additional cost).
