Also known as Tie Guan Yin, Iron Buddha Tea is one of the best-known and most popular Oolong teas in China. It is a light and refreshing tea with a good balance of fruity and floral flavours. Grown at a high altitude in Anxi, Fujian Province to maximise exposure to the sun, the Iron Buddha also benefits from the moist cooling fog that sweeps down the high mountain sides. Awarded two gold stars at the Great Taste Awards 2017.
