Here, the humid climate and fog rolling off the steep rock faces produces a strong clean and crisp flavour. A perennial Chinese favourite, Mao Feng's young and tender emerald leaves leave a long-lasting aroma reminiscent of an orchid blooming. Awarded two gold stars at the Great Taste Awards 2017 and 2018.
