A rillette made from Cornish duck slow poached in it's own fat then shredded, seasoned and studded with cranberries which have been soaked in Grand Marnier. Divine! This delicious rillette does not need to be refrigerated until opened, so is perfect to take on a picnic, or wrap as a gift.
