Pure Canadian organic wild rice, ready in just 10 minutes.

Cooking Instructions
1. Rinse 60g (1/2 cup) of wild rice in cold water and strain. Repeat 2 times.
2. In a small pot combine 60 g (1/2 cup) of rinsed wild rice and 300 g (1 1/2 cup) of water, broth or stock.
3. Cover and bring to a boil on medium heat.
Continue to cook for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and let stand until desired texture is reached. Strain and serve.

Rehydration Alternatives:
A. Combine 60 g (1/ cup) wild rice in minutes with 300 g (1 1/2 cups) hot water. Cover for 30 minutes. Strain.
B. Combine 60 g (1/2 cup) wild rice in minutes with 300 g (1 1/2 cups) cold water. Cover and let stand for 90 minutes. Strain.
