Assorted chocolate truffles, from an exquisite Italian Chocolatier: Pistachio, white chocolate truffle with pistachio paste and pistachio pieces. Fondente, dark chocolate truffle, a mixture of premium selected cocoa and hazelnuts. Stracciatella, white chocolate hazelnut truffle with dark chocolate flakes.

Sergio Arzilli developed his love for cocoa working in his family's patisserie in Turin, Italy. In 1992 he decided to develop a special line of chocolate truffles to highlight the regional flavours and quality of the Piedmont region. The success of La Perla di Torino (the Pearl of Turin) stems from his choice of first-class ingredients, the finest recipes, attention to detail and the all encompassing continuous strive for innovation.
