Datchet pure honey is produced by bees living in the garden of beekeepers Andy and Stuart, in the leafy Berkshire village of Datchet. The bees forage in the local gardens and fields (and potentially in Eton and on the Royal Estate!). The hives are within a mile of Eton High Street which makes delivery to Tastes Delicatessen within walking distance. The honey is extracted using a traditional centrifuge method to extract the honey from the comb, retaining it's natural pollen grains believed to be helpful for allergy and hayfever sufferers. It is then sieved and jarred and maintains it's purity. Nothing is added or taken away.

The flavour, texture and colour of the honey will depend on the plants and trees the bees forage on, guaranteeing an amazing and unique flavour.
