Raw polyfloral honey produced in pretty little beach-hut styled hives situated in a micro apiary on an island on the Thames between Eton and Windsor (a mere 300 yards from Eton High Street). The bees have been foraging on the riverside wild flowers, the formal planting at Eton College, all over home park in Windsor, on lime, blackberry and acacia.

The honey is extracted using solar power and delivered to us by bicycle (even when it rains)!

The honey is rich, with a complex floral flavour.
