Clearspring Buckwheat Flour contains all the nutrients of the whole grain with only the inedible part of the husk removed during the milling process.

It is high in fibre, a good source of protein and perfect for gluten free bread, noodles, galettes and porridge. Use to add a touch of sweetness and a nutty flavour to scones and muffins.
