English Heather Honey Comb

Honey in its purest state, just as the bees left it.

David has been keeping bees and producing honey for sale for over 20 years. A member of the British Beekeeper's Association, David has kept bees in Yorkshire, Dorset, Hampshire and the New Forest, and Berkshire.

During the heather flowering season, between July and September, David's bees are kept in an apiary on the edge of the New Forest near Fordingbridge, Hampshire. The nectar is collected from the local vicinity, which features both Ling and Beall heather varieties.

This heather honey cut comb has a more distinct taste to the mixed flower cut comb. Cut out of the honey frames straight from the hive, so that it maintains all of its nutritional benefits.
