Quaranta, have been producing nougat in Caravaggio, northern Italy since 1924. It was Antonio Quaranta's passion for confectionery that led him to start the company which has been passed from one generation to the next. All Quaranta products are gluten free and do not contain GMO, hydrogenated vegetal fats and artificial azo colourings.
