Light and soft nougat packed with almonds and hazelnuts, rippled with lemon cream and decorated with candied lemon.

Quaranta, have been producing nougat in Caravaggio, northern Italy since 1924. It was Antonio Quaranta's passion for confectionery that led him to start the company which has been passed from one generation to the next. All Quaranta products are gluten free and do not contain GMO, hydrogenated vegetal fats and artificial azo colourings.

Ingredients: Sugar; Almonds and hazelnuts in variable proportion; Candied lemon skins 13% (lemon skins, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, dextrose, acidity corrector: citric acid, lemon essential oil); Lemon flavour cream 11% (sugar, vegetable oil, milk whey powder, skimmed milk powder, lactose, flavours, emulsifier: soya lecithin, colour: curcumin, acidity corrector: citric acid, antioxidant: tocopherol); Honey; Glucose syrup; Egg albumen; Wafers (potato starch, water, vegetable oil); Flavours.

Contains: Eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, milk and soya. May contain traces of other nuts, peanuts and sulphites.
