Soft Italian nougat packed with almonds and hazelnuts, rippled with strawberry cream and decorated with free dried strawberries.

Quaranta, have been producing nougat in Caravaggio, northern Italy since 1924. It was Antonio Quaranta's passion for confectionery that led him to start the company which has been passed from one generation to the next. All Quaranta products are gluten free and do not contain GMO, hydrogenated vegetal fats and artificial azo colourings.

Ingredients: Sugar; Almonds and hazelnuts in variable proportion; Honey; Strawberry cream 13% (sugar, strawberries 20%, vegetable oils, milk whey powder, skimmed milk powder, lactose, red grape juice, water, acidity corrector: citric acid, emulsifier: soya lecithin, stabilizer: pectin, flavours); Glucose syrup; Lyophilized strawberries 2%; Egg albumen; Wafers (potato starch, water, vegetable oil); Flavours.
Contains: Eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, milk, soy. May contain traces of sulphure dioxide and peanuts.
