Candied tropical fruit soft nougat.

Quaranta, have been producing nougat in Caravaggio, northern Italy since 1924. It was Antonio Quaranta's passion for confectionery that led him to start the company which has been passed from one generation to the next. All Quaranta products are gluten free and do not contain GMO, hydrogenated vegetal fats and artificial azo colourings.

Ingredients: Sugar; Almonds and hazelnuts in variable proportion; Dehydrated tropical fruit 14% (pineapple, papya, melon and cherries in variable proportion, sugar, glucose syrup, acidity corrector: citric acid, preservative: sulphure dioxide); Honey; Glucose syrup; Egg albumen; Wafers (potato starch, water, vegetable oil); Flavours.

Contains: Eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, sulphure dioxide. May contain traces of soy, milk and peanuts.
