Peppermint makes great gum because it's got a good amount of refreshing menthol in it and, if you're using a quality variety, can also have a great rounded floral taste. Peppersmith use a fine English peppermint from Hampshire which is mixed with a natural chicle gum and no aspartame or other artificials.
What's more, the gum is sweetened only with tooth-friendly xylitol and accredited by the British Dental Health Foundation for being good for teeth (being proven to help reduce the risk of plaque and tooth decay).
Each pack contains 10 pieces of gum (15g).
