Italian soft nougat packed with sour cherries, almonds and hazelnuts.

Quaranta, have been producing nougat in Caravaggio, northern Italy since 1924. It was Antonio Quaranta's passion for confectionery that led him to start the company which has been passed from one generation to the next. All Quaranta products are gluten free and do not contain GMO, hydrogenated vegetal fats and artificial azo colourings.

Ingredients: Sugar; Almonds and hazelnuts in variable proportion; Sour cherries cream 13% (sugar, sour cherries 25%, vegetable oil, milk whey powder, skimmed milk powder, lactose, concentrated grape juice, emulsifierL soy lecithin, acidifier: citric acid, natural flavours, thickener: pectin); Candied sour cherries 12% (sour cherries, sugar, glucose syrup, water, acidity corrector: citric acid, concentrated sour cherry juice, coloring: anthocyanin, flavours); Honey; Glucse syrup; Egg albumen; Wafers (potato starch, water, vegetable oil); Flavours. Contains: Eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, milk, soy. May contain traces of sulphur dioxide and peanuts.
