Hot Methi Curry Sauce

This Hot Methi curry sauce is made using fenugreek leaves giving a distinct smooth flavour with a bite. It is especially delicious with paneer (Indian cheese). The sauces can be easily adapted to make curries milder or creamier with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Alternatively a chopped onion and / or chopped tomato can also be added when cooking the curry.

Using twenty-three spices to perfect the ultimate curry, the top quality sauces have a home-made quality and are free from artificial colours, additives and preservatives, sugar, gluten, onion and garlic.
