Spicy Medium Curry Sauce

Our best selling, spicy medium curry sauce, is made with creamy ground cashews and richly spiced to give a slightly hotter curry. It is a concentrated sauce to be used with water plus the main ingredient (meat, vegetables, paneer etc) to create curries in minutes.

The sauces can be easily adapted to make curries milder or creamier with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Alternatively a chopped onion and/or chopped tomato can also be added when cooking the curry.

Using twenty-three spices to perfect the ultimate curry, Anila's top quality sauces have a home-made quality and are free from artificial colours, additives and preservatives, sugar, gluten, onion and garlic.
