Simply empty the tin into an over proof dish and cook in the oven until the skin becomes crispy & golden brown (about 20 minutes). Leave to rest for 5 minutes and serve with lentils or oven roasted potatoes. Each tin contains 2 or 3 pieces and will serve 2-3 people.
