This unusual and tasty pasta sauce is made by the DeCarlo family, who have produced olive oil since the 17th century in Puglia, on the heel of Italy.

Fresh artichokes and aged ricotta cheese, a particular speciality of Puglia, known as ricotta mazzotica, make this pasta sauce a triumph of Italian flavour.

Size: 220g

Ingredients: Tomato pulp (68%), extra virgin olive oil, artichokes (12.5%), matured and dried ricotta cheese from sheep and cows milk (6%), fresh garlic, sea salt.
