Spicy Mild Curry Sauce

A mild to medium curry sauce like a Rogan Josh. Made with tomatoes, mangoes and spices giving a full rounded flavour. It is a concentrated sauce to be used with part water plus the main ingredient to create curries in minutes. The sauces can be easily adapted to make curries milder or creamier with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Alternatively a chopped onion and/or chopped tomatoes can also be added when cooking the curry.

Using twenty-three spices to perfect the ultimate curry, the top quality sauces have a home-made quality and are free from artificial colours, additives and preservatives, sugar, gluten, onion and garlic.
