Example Dishes
1. Vegetable Curry - Pour Anila's Goan Green Curry Sauce into a saucepan and heat. Add any vegetables. Add a cup of water and cook for 10-15 minutes. Options: Use with seafood.
2. Stir about 1-2 tablespoons to cous-cous or pasta.
3. Add 1 tablespoon to rice just before it is cooked - delicious, fragrant rice, served with any dish.
4. Also spread lightly on fish and grill, or marinate fish for half an hour, then pan fry on both sides, add a squeeze of lemon and serve.
5. Use half a jar for two people. Add some vegetables or potatoes half inch pieces. Add 1 cup of water, cover and cook until almost cooked then stir in some prawns, or add some fish and cook for up to 5 minutes before serving.
6. Spread on sandwiches.
