This is a delicious vegetarian pate, made using full-flavoured porcini mushrooms (also known as ceps, or in Latin, Boletus edulis), mixed with white truffle, leeks, butter and olive oil, spices and salt - no artificial additives. Presented in a pretty little jar with a hand-stamped label and wax seal.
